Every day this line of work brings me personal joy simply because I have the opportunity to help people heal. I'm grateful for my creative outlet of cooking to serve others that are seeking support. It is important to share with others my education on how to create the happiest and healthiest environment for ourselves through connecting our body, mind & soul with nourishment. My personal experiences with health is what led me to dive deeper into understanding the importance of what we feed ourselves with food, movement and thoughts. Things started to come together for me in my early twenties when I felt unhappy with the choices I was choosing which led me to make bold changes acting upon positive changes for myself and my future. This looked like leaving the comfort of my hometown for an unknown adventure. I was experiencing some major health problems with hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, suppressed immunity, and heavy mental challenges. My so-called temporary adventure led into years of learning new things - including operating a business, discovering my passion for cooking, diving into nutrition school, and regaining confidence in who I was. There is an immense importance to share with others this personal journey in hopes of helping supporting others through the imperfect messiness of what we call life. There is no knowledge without sharing. Nutrition healed me, and it can help heal you too.

Main philosophy and simple rules to live by:

  • Honour your body on how you feel at this very moment as it will change day by day

  • Live each day with a conscious effort to be mindful of yourself and others

  • Small changes can lead to big things

  • It is never to late to start

  • Remember, you are enough

Nutrition is not just about what you’re eating. it’s also about what you’re thinking and saying. be mindful, be aware, choose happiness and choose love.
